Somerset West, Western Cape — 14 October 2025 — SKULPT, South Africa’s trailblazing futurewear brand redefining shapewear, loungewear, and athleisure, is set to open a brand-new store at Somerset Mall, Shop 511, this December 2025. The new location forms part of the mall’s exciting expansion project, situated at Centenary Drive, Intersection of N2 & R44, Somerset West, 7130.
“We are beyond excited to be joining the Somerset Mall community,” said Zanté Roberson, Founder of SKULPT. “Our mission has always been to create something for every body — every size, every age, every woman. SKULPT is not just about fit; it’s about confidence, comfort, and celebrating individuality.”
Unlike traditional athleisure brands, SKULPT calls its category “futurewear” — high-performance, technically designed apparel that transitions seamlessly from innerwear to outerwear. Each piece is engineered to sculpt, support, and move with the body using advanced fabric technology and meticulous design innovation.
“Our brand brings something completely new to South Africa’s retail landscape,” added Roberson. “Athleisure here has remained very old-school — SKULPT is the evolution of it. We’re redefining what it means to feel comfortable, confident, and stylish every day.”
The opening coincides with Somerset Mall’s major redevelopment, which will add over 5,000 m² of new retail space and introduce 50+ new stores to the Western Cape’s leading shopping destination.
