Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth trading
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
- Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained
- Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory management
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and store performance
Requirements
- Previous retail experience in a supervisory role preferred
