Refund policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please note, all tags, liners and packaging needs to be in place and show no signs of wear in order to qualify for a refund.

Items purchased during a sale, or discounted items, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Your refund will be processed and a refunded amount will be issued of the total amount paid minus the collection courier charge.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or other payment methods’ policies.

SKULPT is entitled to refuse to accept return/refund items that show signs of wear or incorrect washing instructions followed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted on intimate items such as bodysuits, underwear, and shapewear, regardless of whether they have been worn or not. Please ensure that you review our detailed size guide or contact our customer service team before making your purchase.
