If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags and liners attached and in the original packaging*

SKULPT is entitled to refuse to accept the return of underwear/imitates* that has been opened and/or shows signs of try on or if there is nothing wrong with the underwear and the consumer has changed their mind or merely chosen the wrong size.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, your return will be processed and a refund will be issued of the total amount paid minus the collection courier charge

*INTIMATES (INCLUDING UNDERWEAR, BODYSUITS & SHAPEWEAR)

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items — including underwear, bodysuits, and shapewear.

*ALL OTHER ITEMS

We accept exchanges only on eligible items (excluding intimates) within 15 days of purchase, provided that:

*The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

You have valid proof of purchase.

*Please note: We do not offer refunds for non-intimate items unless the item is defective.

*ONLINE PURCHASES

For orders placed online, you may cancel within 7 days of delivery (under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), unless the product is an intimate item that has been opened or worn.
