Orders & Shipping

  • South African deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume, but you’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over R3,000.00.

  • Yes, we do offer pickup from our Gauteng warehouse. If you’d like to collect your order, simply select “Collect” at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it — with all tags and liners attached, in the original packaging.

    SKULPT may refuse returns or exchanges of intimates (underwear, bodysuits, shapewear) if they have been opened or show signs of being tried on — unless the item is defective or not as described.

    For non-intimate items, we accept exchanges only (not refunds) within 15 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and retains tags and proof of purchase.

    For online purchases, you may cancel within 7 days of delivery (per the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) — unless the product is intimate and has been opened/worn.

    Returns will be processed and refunds issued for the total amount paid minus the collection courier charge.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
    You must ensure all tags, liners, and packaging are intact and show no signs of wear for the refund to qualify.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    You should receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

    SKULPT reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for underwear or intimate items that have been opened or tried on when the change-of-mind is the only issue.

  • Yes — only if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at info@skulptusa.com to request a change in size or item.
    If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to process a return or exchange after delivery at your own expense.
